He is survived by: his children, Allyn Payne, Jeremy Payne (Daydra) and Margaret Lowe (Travis); his grandchildren, Kaelynn Lowe, Hayden Lowe, Shayla Lowe, Lindsey Payne and Lauren Payne; his pets, Fritz and Bella; and his siblings, Becky Townsend, Dori Kennedy, Debbie Tamborini, Danny Payne and Don Pitzer.
