Dolores Orr (Fouts) lit a candle

“I met Brother Jack in The Dalles Oregon in the early 60's, attending vacation bible school every summer. He played a big role in my being a Christian. I spent the summers in The Dalles with the Anderson family that attended his church. He was more than the "preacher" he was a friend of our families. My heart and condolences goes out to his family and community. May he rest in peace and his memory be a blessing.”

Steve Pengra wrote a sympathy message

“We have had the great honor of knowing Pastor Jack for many decades. He married Beth and me on December 18, 1990. I loved reaching out to him every memorable anniversary and let him know. Beth would see him in the early days at Juniper Fitness. My Brother would see him at Jerods Outdoor Store and recently at Sportsman Warehouse. Bob mentioned he always got a Pastor Jack hug. Attending his service on Tuesday, he impacted so many. Well done good and faithful Servant. Rest with your Lord Jesus!”
