She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Sampels and Lena Dugger Sampels; and her son Phillip Lynn Stacy. She is survived by: her siblings, Delton Sampels and Lois Stacy; her husband Phillip Scott Stacy; her brother Merlyn Sampels (Anita); her son-in-law Paul Johnson; her grandchildren, Stacy Lucas (Josh), Phillip Johnson and Claire Dawley (Josiah); and her great grandchildren, Chase, Kate Lucas, Norah, Judah and Landon Dawley.
