It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna J. Wilbur of Bend, Oregon, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna J. Wilbur to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Wilber and Una Wilber (Loomis); her children, Larry Guisinger, Dwayne Guisinger, Kenny Guisinger and Jill Allen (Guisinger); and her brother Jim Wilber. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 21-great grandchildren.
