He is survived by: his wife Joan Splinter of Homer; his children, Andrew Splinter-Felton of Bend, OR and Emily Splinter-Felton of Anchorage; his mother Ellen Felton of Menlo Park, CA; and his siblings, Carol Malnick of Menlo Park, CA and James Felton of Agoura Hills, CA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Don was passionate about organ donation, as he was an organ transplant recipient and knew what a life changing experience it could be.
