With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David George Blahnik (Bend, Oregon), born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 7, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Kristin Okhuysen and Jay Blahnik; his son-in-law Francisco Okhuysen; his granddaughters, Gabriela and Rebeca Okhuysen; his son-in-law Ryan Blahnik; his granddaughter Brooklyn Blahnik; his sister-in-law Susie Penhollow of Bend; his parents, George Blahnik and Alice Blahnik (Sweeney) of Green Bay; his sisters, Mary King of Prescott, AZ, Ellen Marshall of Missoula, MT, Jane Wisneski of De Pere, WI and Nancy Gibbs of De Pere, WI; and his wife Charlene Chopp. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
