He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Duval and Dorothy Duval (Crook); and his daughter Gretchen Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Mickie; his children, Stephanie Mackley (Charles) of Gresham, Mollie Smith (Jason) of Vancouver, Washington, Michael Duval of Bend and Derek Duval of Waldport, Oregon; and his sister Judith Meyers of Redmond. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
