He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Bernhardt; and his brother Nathan Bernhardt. He is survived by: his wife Holly; his sons, Taylor (Kara), Ryan (Ashley) and Joseph (Jillian); his grandchildren, Grayson, Scarlett, Tatom, Hudson and Beau; his mother Rosalee Bernhardt; and his siblings, Rachel Zadeh, Becky Heinrick, Jared Bernhardt and Eric Bernhardt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
