She was predeceased by: her former husband Joe Louis Cox; her parents, Rufus "Bud" Biggs and Bonnie Biggs; her brothers, William "Bill" Biggs and Jim Biggs; and her husband John Elliott.
She is survived by: her son Mike; her brother Robert "Bobby" Biggs of Bend, OR; her nephew Michael "Mikey" Lee Raymond of Bend, OR; her stepchildren, Rick, Rod Elliott of Bend, OR, Randy Elliott of Louisiana and Rhonda (Elliott) of Redmond, OR; her sisters-in-law, Vi Biggs of Redmond, OR and Laura Biggs of El Paso, TX; and her nieces and nephews, Theodore "Ted", William "Bill" Biggs II of Redmond, OR, Bobby Biggs, James Michael, Cindy, Wendy Biggs and Lapine. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, grandsons and granddaughters.
