It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arlene H. Blackwell of Bend, Oregon, born in Oakland, Oregon, who passed away on September 24, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Squier and Helen Squier (Holm); her sons, Dean Cowell (Sandi) of Bend, Dennis Cowell of Bend and Jerry Blackwell (Chris) of New Freedom, PA; and her brother Delvin Squier (Jan) of Prineville, OR. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
