William Cotter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Cotter (Beaverton, Oregon), born in Port Orford, Oregon, who passed away on March 15, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Shelly Rae Cotter; his parents, Delbert Cotter and Merle Liday; and also Elsie Liday. He is survived by: his children, Terrie, William Jr. and Nancy; his former wife Marilyn Lee Rice; his brother Jim Liday; his wife Marilyn Cotter; and his children, Jim Rice, Katyleen Carlyle, Robert Rice and Shawn Cotter. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life reception will be from noon to 2 p.m. in Peace Memorial Church at 4431 S. Sixth St. In lieu of flowers, Bill would have wanted friends and family to donate to Special Olympics of Klamath Falls.
