It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A Vaandering (Beaverton, Oregon), who passed away on September 12, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her parents, Roy Selby and Caroline Selby; her brothers, Charley Selby, Gilbert Selby and Lester Selby; her sons, Larry Vaandering and Bill Vaandering; and her great grandchild Alex Vaandering.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Henry "Hank" of Fayetteville; her brother-in-law Betty Chambers of McMinnville; her brother Roy Selby of Deer Park; her sister-in-law Fran Selby of Deer Park; and also, Julie Vaandering of Fayetteville, Laura Moody and Jim Moody of Kalispell. She is also survived by her four daughters and their spouses, Pam and Garry Smith, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; Jean and Gary Beck, of Vancouver, Washington; Melody and Ken Bennett, of Forest Grove, Oregon and Johanna Vaandering and Sally Miller, of Hillsboro, Oregon; her son.
