We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2021, at the age of 69, Richard Matthew Sixsmith (Beaverton, Oregon), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lincoln Sixsmith and Agnes Kaye Sixsmith. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lee Sixsmith (Sterritt); his children, Matthew Justin Sixsmith and Alysha Lee (Patrick Richard Lacey); his grandchildren, Silas Richard and Pearl Diane Lacey; and his siblings, Diane Mary Sixsmith, William Lincoln Sixsmith II and Thomas Garnet Sixsmith. He is also survived by co-workers, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard's honor will be graciously accepted by the Dougy Center (dougy.org) to support children and families who are grieving.
