With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phuc Van Phan in Beaverton, Oregon, who passed away on April 24, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phuc Van Phan to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his wife Loan Anh; his children, Thomas (Rosemary Moc Huong), Lan (Loc), Melanie, Katherine (Chi), Lawrence (Thuy), Daniel (Hong Anh) and Elizabeth (James); his grandchildren, Alex (Marissa), Amanda, Andrew (Yen), Daniel, Michael (Virginia), Matthew, Kevin, Mai Que Anh, Taylor, Ryan, Benjamin and Trinity; and his great grandchild Vivienne. He is also survived by 7 children, 12 grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers or memorial contributions please donate on Phuc's behalf to Vietnam Veterans of America, Wounded Warrior Project, UNICEF, Liên Sơn Parish (Phan Rang, Vietnam, Fr. Nguyen Ngoc Tham, [email protected], donations for the poor), or any non-profit organizations of your choice.
