With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phuc Van Phan in Beaverton, Oregon, who passed away on April 24, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phuc Van Phan to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his wife Loan Anh; his children, Thomas (Rosemary Moc Huong), Lan (Loc), Melanie, Katherine (Chi), Lawrence (Thuy), Daniel (Hong Anh) and Elizabeth (James); his grandchildren, Alex (Marissa), Amanda, Andrew (Yen), Daniel, Michael (Virginia), Matthew, Kevin, Mai Que Anh, Taylor, Ryan, Benjamin and Trinity; and his great grandchild Vivienne. He is also survived by 7 children, 12 grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter.
