It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Louanna Bouchor of Beaverton, Oregon, born in Nampa, Idaho, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Franklin Flisher and Elma Alice Flisher; and her brother Dallas Flisher. She is survived by : her former life partner Paul Brockus; her husband William Dean Bouchor; her sister Paula Gaspari; and her son Lewis Brockus. She is also survived by grandson.
