He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Boyce Helmandollar and Erma Leota Stoddard; and his siblings, Eldon S Helmandollar, Peggy Ann Helmandollar and Vicki Wishart.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Livingston; and his children, Timothy and Debra. He is also survived by his wife; all three children; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humanitarian Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or Hospice Foundation of America.
