She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard W. Meppen and Emma Peterson Meppen; her husband John Farris; her granddaughter Jessica; and her brothers, Douglas Arthur and Lynn Brent.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Farris (Christine) of Beaverton and Cynthia Kroop (Marc) of Danville, California; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Jordan Farris, Olivia, Liam and Nicholas Kroop; and her sisters, Gloria Faris and Elaine George (Mike). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Beaverton - Julia "Julie" Meppen Farris, 81, of Beaverton, Oregon, left us on November 10th, 2024, after a four-year struggle with Alzheimer's she passed peacefully in her sleep.
