He is survived by: his parents, Jennie M Applebee (Treloar) and Donald R Bowen; his wife Krystina Damm; his sons, Noah and Brier; his stepparents, Mike Applebee of Banks and Ellie Bowen of Vernonia; his grandparents, Margie Treloar, Tom Zizzo, Rose, Herbert Davis, Emmett, Diane Applebee, Donald and Cheryl Bowen; his siblings, Blaine (Felicia Hayes), Kelvin (Macy Applebee), Alexis (Bubba Brown), Milo (Tori Applebee), Izabelle Applebee of Banks and Indya (Chance Bowen Vernonia); and his aunts and uncles, Jason (Carrie Treloar), Angie (Mox Herrman), Daniel Applebee, Christopher (Kelly Applebee) and Chemelle (Dan Stark). He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
