It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erik Maddox of Beaverton, Oregon, who passed away on November 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Erik, Leah Johanson, David and Sybil Maddox. He is survived by: his parents, David Maddox and Anita Maddox; his siblings, Kristen and Hayley (Jake); and his close friends, Richard, Charlie and Pablo.
