He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel Byrd Koesling and Eric William Koesling of Osborne, Kansas.; his wife Frances; his daughters, Juanita Koesling of Newport and Susan Skidmore (Bert) of Reno; his stepsons, Jim Fullan (Karen) of Portland, Terry Fullan (Lorraine Ortiz) of Nehalem, Dennis Fullan (Kathi) of Oregon City, Sean Fullan (Lucinda) of New Windsor and Eric Fullan (Krista) of Beaverton; and his former spouse Fran. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
