She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Nelson Van Guilder "Creak"; and her son Michael Nelson Creakman. She is survived by: her daughter Anita C. Mitchell (Steven) of Beaverton, OR; her granddaughters, Alisha Camden (Sterling) of Maui, HI and Briana Jubber (Robert) of Springfield, OR; and her great grandchild Sophia June Camden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
