He was predeceased by: his brother Chuck. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Shayne, Chelsea (Tripper) and Abby (Randle); his siblings, Karen (Robert), Sherrie (Steve) and Brad (Carol); and his grandchildren, Birdie and Dresden.
