He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leo and Elizabeth Ruth Campbell (Kilcauley). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Anne (Andrew Miller), David Campbell (Patricia) of Guttenberg, NJ, Andrea (Peter Oehler) and Pamela (Michael Kirwin); his siblings, William Campbell, Cynthia O'Sullivan (Dennis) and Ruth Clements; his grandchildren, Patrick, Kathleen, Mary, Nate, Sean, Wyatt, Jake, Finn and Coco; and his great grandchildren, Kae and Lily.
In the last few years, Dave began to show signs of Alzheimer's dementia, and he and Barbara went into the loving care of Raleighwood Senior Care Home.
