She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Contreras and Ignacia Contreras (Martinez); and her brothers, John and Carlos Contreras. She is survived by: her husband Miguel Perez; her daughter Sandra Perez Contreras (Peg Warren); and her sisters, Norma Vega, Wanda Contreras and Sylma Ayala. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Carmen Milagros Contreras de Perez, 82, left this earth in the early hours of Friday, June 28, 2004, at Farmington Square Memory Care Community, in Beaverton, Oregon, where she was cared for during her long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
