She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence Musgrove and Nobie Musgrove (Vest). She is survived by her husband Louis Payne; her children, Catherine Leiblein, Susan Potter, and Jonathan Payne; as well as her grandchildren, Aja and Mohamed of Gerlingen, Germany, and Tyler and Sayuri of Beaverton, Oregon; her sister Joan; her brother-in-law Reece Orth of Aloha, Oregon; and her nieces and nephews, Kayreen and Ross Arnold of Beaverton, Traci and Jeff Higdon of Forest Grove and Michael Orth of Hillsboro, Oregon.
