It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Dummer (Beaverton, Oregon), born in New Ulm, Minnesota, who passed away on September 3, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Dummer and Margaret Dummer (Palmer); his siblings, Stella Beyer, Margaret Hagman and Tony Dummer O. M. I.; his children, Mary Ann and Baby Boy Dummer; and his grandchildren, Olivia Dummer and Nicholas Dummer.
He is survived by: his wives, Joan Schwab and Joan Dummer; and his siblings, Francis, Bernice Dummer of Dayton, OR, Arlene, Bill Rodenhurst of Kaneohe, Carl and Kathy Dummer of Keizer. He is also survived by six children and their spouses; Marilyn & John Logan of Juneau, AK, Robert & Eileen Dummer of Woodland, WA, Jennifer Smit & her fiancée; James Ward both of Olympia, WA, Thomas & Debby Dummer of Scappoose, OR, Shirley & Pat Rossetti of Hillsboro, OR and Douglas & Traci Dummer of Newberg, OR, and nineteen grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that you donate to the Hillsboro VFW Post #6 or to bring a potted tree.
