Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Susan Bernards (Banks, Oregon), born in Yakima, Washington, who passed away at the age of 65, on December 6, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Smith and Phyllis Smith (Hazzard). She is survived by: her husband John Bernards; her children, Michael (Michele Bernards) of Thomas, Thomas "TJ" (Michaelle Bernards) and Katie Bernards of North Plains; her siblings, Debra (Mark Strassel), Lynn (Teresa Smith), Mark (Kristine Smith) and Bryan Smith; and her grandchildren, Jayson, Garrett, Kyle, Makaylee, Kersey, Schonely "Boaty", Colton Joe, Emily, April and Molly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggest donations in Suzy's name to The American Heart Association.
