He was predeceased by: his son Ronald; his brother Larry; and his grandchildren, Emily and George. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Herb Sohler; his children, Linda (Russ Morgan), Mark (Susan), Steve (Kathy), Roger (Debbie), Lisa (Mel Philbrook), Tom (Carol), Barbara (Curt Ludwick) and Mike (Jena York); and his siblings, Ed (Robin), Dick (Sandi), Marylou Holoboff and Kathy (Mel Franks). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
