He was predeceased by: his father Harry Lazott Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Lazott (Frakes) of Aurora, Four; and his siblings, Reggie (Janice Lazott), Kathy Lazott of Aurora, Barry (Pebble Lazott) and Lonnie (Wanda Lazott). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, twelve great nieces and nephews and one great great grand nephew.
