He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Sinko and Mary Sinko; his children, Darcel, Teresa, William, Bradford and Cynthia; his wife Karen Sinko; his grandchildren, Melissa Gutierrez, Cruz Joseph Gutierrez, Stephanie Holland, Jacob Thornblad, Jessica Tyrrell, Rachel Tyrrell, Brittany Sinko, Tiffany Provenghi, Nicholas Sinko, Maxwell Sinko, Tyler Savarese and Matthew Savarese; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Cruz, Autumn, Elijah, Emma, Levi, Everett, Jaxon and Rhea.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be sent to a few of Bandon's community nonprofits that Joe took particular interest in.
