He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thelma Gibbs, Curtis Gibbs, Richard Culbertson and Glenmer Culbertson. He is survived by: his parents, Laura Anne Ryan and James Harvey Culbertson; his stepparents, David Fuzi and Donita Culbertson; his siblings, Tristin Culbertson of Baker City, Oregon, Alisha Joy (Fuzi) of Newberg, Oregon, Jeremy Fuzi, Justin Fuzi of Seattle, Washington, Forrest Entermille of Baker City, Oregon and Brandon Culbertson of Baker City, Oregon; his nieces and nephews, Gavin Errend, Zack Anderson, Lily Mae Fuzi, Cadence Anderson, Kaela Anderson and Aurora Entermille; and his friend Jesse Butler.
