He is survived by: his former wife Maxine Cardwell; his wife Maxine Chandler of Baker City, Oregon; his sons, Thomas Chandler of Baker City and Robert Chandler of Augusta, Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Petersen of Baker City, Oregon, Lorna Allen (Gordon) of Absarokee, Montana and Rhonda Hender (Ron) of Walla Walla. He is also survived by three grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
