He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert (Bob) and Elva (Waelty); and his sisters, Lorene (Chandler) and Isla (Graven). He is survived by: his wife Ethelyn (Randall); his children, Dan Williams (Sue), Rod Williams (Jacque) and Linda Lively (TJ); and his sister Dorothy Randall. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
