He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Carlton and Myrtle Carlton; and his great grandchild Cooper Carrendar. He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Robin Welter (Jeff) of Tualatin, OR, Todd Carlton of Baker City and Laurie Hufford (Doug) of Deary, ID; his grandchildren, Katie Hufford, Jessica Jaramillo, Amanda Welter, Christy Carrendar, Chelsea Hufford and Jared Welter; and his great grandchildren, Alyson, Kason, Kendra, Kynlee, Lily and Tyler.
The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the First Lutheran Church.
