It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Leonard of Baker City, Oregon, born in Eugene, Oregon, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Bud; and her husband John Leonard. She is survived by: her children, Kirk, Rory, Shan and Brad Leonard of Scio, Oregon..
