He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Andrew and Linda Ann Gallagher (Lovgren) of Lincoln, NE; his grandparents, Dr. Robert Ellsworth, Dorothy May Lovgren (Whitney), Robert Frank Gallagher and Ella Ruth Gallagher; his aunt Ella Bell Gallagher; his uncles, Robert Frank Gallagher and Robert Steven Lauderdale; and his cousins, Charles Wade Comstock and Tatum Faith Lovgren.
He is survived by: his daughter Aeon Casteel Gallagher of Alexander, NC; his fiancé Ashley Diane Chapman; his partner's children, Presley and Lily Olson of Newton, NC; his brother Robert Andrew Gallagher (Tammy Ann) of Milford, Ohio; his nephew Caden Andrew Gallagher; his nieces, Zoe Mae and Layna Whitney Gallagher; his former wife Tanya Marie Casteel of Alexander, NC; and his aunts and uncles, John Lovgren (Nancy) of Round Rock, TX, Bob Lovgren (Linda) of Omaha, NE, Roberta Lauderdale of Raytown, MO, Frances Ramirez (Oscar) of Thornton, CO and Stacie Bebber (David) of Edmond, OK.
