He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Miller and Mary Miller (Holzman); and his daughter Breanne Miller. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Miller; his daughter Jennifer Miller of Portland, OR; his sisters, Patty Peickert of The Dalles, OR, Darlene Wendlick (Joe) of Federal Way, WA and Kathy Johnson (John) of Milwaukie, OR; and his sister-in-law Patti Snell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
