He was predeceased by: his parents, Percil Raffety and Guynetha Raffety (Pinkley); and his brother Richard B. Raffety. He is survived by: his siblings, Nadine Holten of Tigard, Oregon and Bruce Raffety of Baker City, Oregon; his niece Kelli Fox; and his nephews, Brian, Jay and Greg Raffety. He is also survived by four great-nephews, four great-nieces, five great-great nieces, and one great-great-nephew.
