Leroy Wayne Phillips Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Wayne Phillips of Baker City, Oregon, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harve Phillips and Julia Phillips; his brother Don Phillips; and his grandchildren, Kyla Phillips and Ryan Chastain.
He is survived by: his sister Joyce Bryan; his children, Mike Phillips (Toni), Dave Phillips (Carol) and Judy Chastain (Don); and his grandchildren, Brian Phillips, Wayne Chastain, Farrah, Toni Zikmund, Paul, Katie Reid, Mark, Bill Phillips and Tara. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
