He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Russel Ritzenthaler and Juanita V. LeWellan; and his adoptive parents, Frank William and Marie Adkinson (Stockert) of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Adkinson (Winner) of Baker City; his children, Lisa Breiland (Travis) of Libby, Montana and Dale Adkinson (Char) of Newburg, Oregon; and his grandchildren, Derek Jay Breiland (Harlie) of Libby, Kaleb KaiLynn Adkinson of Cherry Grove and Kaden Keen Adkinson of Sheridan, Oregon..
