She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Fisk and Mae Fisk; her husband Bob Bowen; her son David Scrivner; her brothers, Ed and Joe "Jody" Hawley; her son-in-law Paul Menser; and her grandsons, Benjamin and Todd Chaves.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Menser of Baker City, Linda Nagle (Pat) of Estacada, Oregon and Steve Scrivner (Vickie) of Grants Pass, Oregon; her sisters-in-law, Betty Scrivner-Greene of Eugene and Vonda Bowen; and her stepdaughters, Susan Cunningham (Tom) of Keiser and Donell Bowen of Baker City, Oregon.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
