She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Myrtle Smith; her husband Herman Hendricks; and her daughter Colleen Conlee. She is survived by: her children, Mike Hendricks (Lisa) of Gold Hill, Oregon and Karla Averett (Dan) of Canyon City; her son-in-law Kim Conlee of John Day; and her brother Ross Smith of Albany, Oregon. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
