She was predeceased by: her former husband Don Cole of Heppner, OR; and her son-in-law Rick Cooper. She is survived by: her husband Jim Elskamp; her son Chris Elskamp (Paula) of Clarkston; her grandchildren, Jacob, Natalie and Emily; her daughter Michele Cooper; her great grandchild Max; and her siblings, Pat Elms of Baker City, Greg Hallgarth of Baker City and Lorna Smith of Walla Walla, Washington.

Memorial contributions can be made to Community Connection of Baker County, the Alzheimer's Association of Oregon and SW Washington, or towards a pair of comfortable dancing shoes for yourself.
