Gay Laverty Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gay Laverty of Baker City, Oregon, born in Pomeroy, Washington, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne C. Foley and Isabelle Foley (Freeburn); her former husband Mike; and her brothers, Dean, Michael and Jack.

She is survived by: her spouse Airman; her friends, Church, Quaker and Methodist; her children, Kevin (Angela) of Apollo Beach, Florida and Maura of Baker City, Oregon; and her sister Jean Aitken of Kamiah, Idaho. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice in Gay's memory through Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel at 1500 Dewey Ave., Baker City, OR 97814.
