He is survived by: his grandchildren, Krista Creasia, Marcus Landavazo, Garrett Landavazo, Micheal Perkins and Allison Schomburg; his great grandchildren, Bria Landavazo, Stella Creasia and Blaire Landavazo; his sister Melody Brutcher; and also Chris Perkins.
