Elvin Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elvin Carter of Baker City, Oregon, who passed away on July 10, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Carter and Stella Carter; and his siblings, Vernice Naught and Bud Carter. He is survived by: his son-in-law Wayne Ryder; his wife Mary Jean Deutsch Carter (Jones) of Baker City, Oregon; his children, Tom Carter (Dawn) of Baker City, Tony Carter of Kent, Washington and Jean Ann Ryder (Wayne) of Baker City, Oregon; his siblings, Mary Jean Mann of Baker City, Ruby Hohensee (Bill) of Gresham, Pearl Stover (Smokey) of League City, Texas, Dean Carter (Rosie) of Nampa and Larry Carter (Diana) of Salem, Oregon.; and his grandchildren, Becky Clark (Brian) of Spray, Erin Woodcock (Joe) of Rexburg and TJ Carter (BethAnn). He is also survived by seven great-grandsons, eight great-granddaughters, and one great-great-grandson.
