She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oris Mehlhorn and Jean Malone; her grandparents, Ethel and Albert Mehlhorn; her husband Duwayne; her siblings, Lois Moody and Walt Ebell (Dianna); her children, Dan "Boone" Sullivan, Teresa Sullivan, Kathleen Sullivan and Mary Ann "Cookie" Wise (Wayne); her grandchildren, Jason Wise, Daniel Sullivan, Tara Phillips, Andrea Wilson, Justus Wise and Collin Jones; and her great grandchildren, Taytum, Morgan, Ethan Wise, Mirra, Sylvia Sullivan, Sawyer Jones and Marshall Phillips. She was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heart 'n Home Hospice, who the family greatly appreciated, St. Joseph's Mission, where Eleanor devoted much of her time and love, and the Hereford Community Hall.
