He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Baggerly and Frances Baggerly (Bamford); his siblings, Evelyn Stewart and Gaylord; and his stepsons, Ronald and Donald Rush.
He is survived by: his son David Allen Baggerly of Baker City, Oregon; his wife Barbara Baggerly of Baker City, Oregon; and his brother Richard Baggerly (Bonnie) of Echo, Oregon. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests donations in Dons memory be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital; this can be done through Gray's West & Company, 1500 Dewey Ave. Baker City, Oregon.
