It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloros Dickison of Baker City, Oregon, born in Pasco, Washington, who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Shoemaker and Vola Shoemaker; her husband Charles Rodney Dickison; her brothers, Rod and Dixon Shoemaker; and her children, Jim Dickison, Ron Dickison, Eutonna M. Dickison Lee, Amos Lee, Shelby Lee, Eli Dickison, Michelle, Dickison Cooper and Kyle Dickison. She was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren.

“I was going to mail a Christmas card to Deloros, but then thought to check Google first, since she was getting up in years. I was so sorry to read that Deloros passed away this year. She was my first friend when I moved to Baker City. She welcomed me at the Methodist Church. We stayed in touch for many years and I visited her in person several years ago. She was a wonderful lady.”
