Dean Spence Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Spence of Baker City, Oregon, born in Watford City, North Dakota, who passed away on October 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Hilda Ida Amy Spence (Anderson); his wife Bonnie Mae Payton; his brothers, James, John and David Spence; and his children, Wanda Spence Dickson and Kevin Hastie.

He is survived by: his brother Richard Spence (Dianne); and his children, Diana Spence Rowley, Daron Spence, Greg Sharp and Janna Spence Bishop. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial contributions in honor of Dean may be made to Compassion International or to the Idaho Youth Ranch through Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel at 1500 Dewey Ave., Baker City, OR 97814.
